I am not sure how they are accomplishing this, but they are sending email from what appears to be a legitimate email address from navy federal credit union (noreply@navyfederal.org) and the image inside email links back to navyfederal.org
But be very careful, the link to resolve issue goes totally someplace else, looks like hacked site: http://gametop.lt/
